Due to personal issues the admins have not been able to meet for any significant amount of time over the past few days to discuss the tagging system. Because of this, we have decided that the best course of action right now is admin-locking the original trigger warning/tags post while we continue to work towards a solution.
General reminder that email is the best way to get in touch with us, as we cannot guarantee we will be able to see and respond to your comment.

That's perfectly fine. People have lives, and I know you Admins are no different!

These sort of things take time, all things considered. I'd rather have you guys take a few weeks discussing this than just posting something haphazardly.

This community is very open, it seems, and I don't think you should hesitate to ask anyone or the community as a whole for input! I think that part of the irritation toward the triggers post was that it was just sprung on us. Perhaps some people also felt a bit patronized by suddenly having some apparent rules thrown at them when our community is actually a fairly mature and rational one.

Best of luck, I know you will find an adequate solution for sure! Just remember that with the amount of people that have signed up you cannot make everyone happy! If only 10-20 people get irate over your final solution, you're actually well above what is normally achievable! I'm sure you know that, but I'm just making sure you understand that we can't blame you if a few people leave over something we've come to an agreement on.

Completely understandable and that's all there is to say on that matter.

Hooowever, I did send an email to the main mod gmail account asking about a situation that came up in the post in question and never received a reply. That was a few days ago now, and I'm not sure if I should resend the email (in case it never sent), or if you guys are slowly wading through a sea of questions and I should be more patient. The email it was sent from was dramatic.opening@gmail.com. Sorry for any confusion.

Sorry, we have let a few emails slip through the cracks as we've been getting anywhere from 30-60 emails per day (for a total of over 900 emails since sign-ups opened); however, at the moment we're trying to hold off on responding to queries about the trigger warning/tags policies and guidelines, as we have not yet reached a consensus and any communication would be from the perspective of an individual mod rather than the official HSO stance.
