You examine the door for a moment. The buttons on the door are actually an elaborate riddle, to do with the Ultimate Question. You're less familiar with the Troll's session than with your own, but applying the powers of your incredible honed psyche to the problem, you quickly find a solution.

Still, simply opening the door would be underwhelming. You need to do something with style.

You start pressing the correct combination of buttons, all the while feigning annoyance at the fact that the door continues to stay shut. You finish the sequence, and step back, looking angrily at the door.

"Stand back Kanaya. I don't want you to get hurt," you say. Kanaya obliges.

You begin to chant. You're a bit wary of actually summoning the powers of the eldrich ones, but it's no trouble to fake the festerbrood tongues. Kanaya actually shrinks back as your voice rises to a terrible crescendo. Then, suddenly, you cut off mid-festerword.

"Wait," you say, "you tried the handle, right?"

Kanaya nods.

You step forward and grip the handle. It turns in your hand, and the door ponderously swings open.

"You must not have turned it far enough," you say. "It was open the whole time."

You feel the SNARKY HORSESHITOMETER swing back in your favor.

"Well, ladies first," you say, standing aside to let Kanaya enter.
