You are now Rose Lalonde and you are feeling as confident as normal. There is a wide, cheeky smirk on your face that just screams "Go ahead. I'm ready for anything you could possibly do!" The idea that you shouldn't be so confident runs through your mind, but you ignore it. This is a brilliant plan and nothing could possibly go wrong with it.
Kanaya is standing in the same spot with a look of confusion on her face. And what appears to be horror. She begins to fuss predictably, "As much as I trust your judgment, sans the occasional grimdark lapse in your mental faculties, I am not certain that this is a wise course of action to take."
"Please, Kanaya, do stop being such a dreadful bore. Hit me," you say still smiling away.
The rainbow drinker looks down and appears to be pondering her options. She sighs and shakes her head before looking up with an expression of determination. Wary determination. She then proceeds to charge forth fist pulled back. You weren't quite aware that super human (well...troll) speed was a trait that vampires (well...rainbow drinkers) were in actual possession of. You never had a chance to really examine Kanaya in action on the meteor. The closest you've got is when she silently disappeared and returned with a sour look on her face muttering about "dreadful clowns".
Nor were you aware of just how strong rainbow drinkers are. Her fist collides with your face and you fly back in a manner that would surely be deemed comical and awesome all at once if we were to illustrate this chronicle. As we have not such details must be left to the imaginations of the reader. You are now laying on the ground a good foot from where you originally stood and beginning to reconsider the brilliance of your plan.
