I can't say specifically without going into our records, but I do know for a fact that points move with the teammate. So if you lost a teammate to another team, the points that they've earned go with them.

That being said, I recall from scoring that a few of the entries for dirk<3roxy might not have counted because they didn't meet the guidelines (one icon for a team, or many icons for several teams rather than many for one ship). However, I can't be sure without going back through the post.
