Without the actual entries in front of me, I can't say, but after a quick survey of the active mods it sounds like your team had some br0 entries with only one icon or a mixed-team set, which wouldn't have counted.
However, it turns out that I did make an error in aligning one of the spreadsheet columns which led to a miscount! Your team should have 85 points total, 35 from the pregaming and 50 from br0.
