So, we were completely blown away by the sheer volume of sign-ups (374 at the time of this writing); as a sort of stop-gap measure while we try to get the team lists up, feel free to comment here and tell others what team(s) you signed up for!

Well, last I looked it was confirmed, but I don't know if we're just scraping in or if we've got enough if people move, or what. We've got nearly a month, though, so we should be okay. I guess my concern was that... yeah, it does get a lot of fanart, but I don't see a whole lot of fic? And most of what I do see is by people I'd pick as more likely to join another team if they signed up at all. So would it follow the art trend or the fic trend, I couldn't tell...

I didn't go for palhoncho because I'm not good with chasing people up, and if anyone else is willing, I'd prefer not to. Except for the fact that I've had a name picked out for ages too (Invertebrothers, from their first log).

Those are some cool ships! I was considering Rose<3Terezi, but Rose<3<Terezi didn't even cross my mind... I'm new to doing anything like this as well. I think I'll probably be writing but I'm an artist as well. I'm just slightly more confident in my writing skills than my drawing skills. Slightly.

Me, too! I have to admit, whenever sign-ups started I kept looking through the list wondering whether it would show up... And even if I get into my first choice, I'll be so happy if there's a team! The more fanworks for them the better! <3

Man I am such an idiot for not signing up for the alpha kids OT4, it's pretty much my OTP right now, and I'm in the middle of writing an epic fic about them, but OH WELL! I hope that ship has enough people on it because seriously, it needs way more fanworks than it has right now!

Unfortunately not, but I adore your art and I really hope the alpha kids OT4 goes through because seeing you do art for one of my top OTPs would be exquisite. It's a bit of a neglected ship and that's a huge shame, because I think that the best way the alpha kids work is in a massive pile of teenage anxiety, hormones and cuddles.

Yeah it looks like we have enough people, just not completely full unless we are and they just haven't updated the list in a while.

Haha, I guess whenever we get a full list of names for the team we should discuss somewhere what to name the community so everyone is happy. Or whenever palhonchos are announced I guess would make more sense. I wonder what everyone else has in mind. :) (I really like the Equius<>Nepeta ship name Meowrails so that's where I got the idea for mine from)

Well, the mods have gone to bed before being able to finish going through stuff, so they don't even know what else is full yet. (700 signups. In the first day. Whoa.)

Yeah, I'm hoping once the first-day mess is sorted out they might put up a post for teams to stake out their own threads on and decide this kind of thing. (I do think yours is cute, and echoing the other canon paleship might be fun, but I'm really attached to mine too.)

Excellent and entirely correct guesses. I do hope there's a RoseVris team, I've seen lots of people with it as their 2nd choice (me included) but I don't know if it's made it yet... My third choice was aradia <3< vriska.

I ended up all lesbians this year too, as you can see... interesting, considering I was somehow all het last year. (Maybe I'll be all slash next year! And all threesomes the one after! Yes, this sounds like a good idea... /slapped)

I really like your picks too, especially Jade ♠ Nepeta. That is a world of hilarity right there. Nepeta would probably get such a kick out of doing the same kind of thing to Jade as Jaspersprite does.
