The Return of Round Robin Fanadventures

Hi shippers! Welcome to Bonus Round 2.
Round Robin Fanadventures generated so much awesome stuff last year that we decided to bring it back!

For those who are new to HSO, this is not actually that complicated a concept, but it might be a little tricky to explain, so bear with me. The point of this round is to create a bunch of fanadventures that are for a team other than your own.

Rules

If you are starting a new adventure: start a new thread using the title format defined below. Include either text or 1-2 pieces of embedded art setting a scene (or both!), and finish with a command (==> does not count as a command for new threads). Then sit back and wait for someone else to contribute!
If you are continuing an adventure: find a thread that does not center around your team's ship. Then comment using the title format defined below. Include either text or 1-2 pieces of embedded art continuing the scene (or both!), and finish with a command (this can include ==>, though generally we would prefer otherwise). Then sit back and wait for someone else to contribute!
For ease of reading, we suggest using standardized image sizes. 600x400 landscape is a pretty good size! But as long as it's the same as the other images in the thread, people will have an easier time following along. The HTML for inserting images is <img src="http://yourimageurlhere.com">
For this challenge, there is no minimum wordcount. We are trusting you not to abuse that fact!
You may not comment twice in a row in one adventure. The point is to hand off the scene like a hot potato.
You may not introduce or create for your team's ship into a fanadventure. If someone else introduces your team's ship to a thread, you can still contribute to that thread so long as your contributions do not involve your ship.
This challenge will run until 11:59PM EDT July 7. After that time, even if it's just by a minute according to the LJ timestamp, no submissions will be accepted for points.

If you are starting a new thread, use this format in your title.

Not only does he know you will come to love it with time - the beginning seems to drag a bit, if you are understanding his suspiciously hurried caveats about it well enough - he also feels that it will play a critical part to your cultural understanding of the troll species as a whole.

He knows the two of you have experienced a lot of miscommunication in the past. Fortunately, he has taken it upon himself to study various artistic endeavors dealing with the interpersonal issues that frequently arise among humans and now has what he feels is better insight into how you, Jade, approach these matters. But you need to meet him halfway if you two are to make any progress.

You point out that you cannot read Alternian. He claims that won’t be a problem.

You give him a hard, long Look before finally reaching over to take the book out of his hands.

Your name is Aradia Megido and you have just arrived.

Your school, St. Carmine, is holding a semi-formal dance. All your friends are here. But your enemies are, too. You dragged your boyfriend, Solluxander Captor, along so you wouldn't be alone. No matter how many times you insisted, he wouldn't leave his dumb 3D glasses at home. He never goes anywhere without that piece of plastic. He gets possessive about certain things. Mostly you.

Looking around, it seems like you're the last to the party. What will you do?

Your name is Vriska Serket and it appears your best friend is pestering you. You'll get to her later.

You live in a pretty poor area of Seattle with your crack addict mom who doesn't do anything for you, so you have a low-paying job at the closest Starbucks to pay for all of the Taco Bell you eat. Its amazing that you're not morbidly obese. You have a thing for arachnids. Spiders and scorpions are your favourites. Your lucky number is 8, even though you have awful luck. One day, you hope, that will change, and you'll have ALL THE LUCK!!!!!!!! Probably not though. That'd be just a bit too lucky.

All of your clothes have rips in them, and you can normally stitch them up them, but unfortunately, some thing, like your favourite jacket, are torn beyond repair. There was a... small explosion in chemistry class at school, which may or may not have burnt the majority of the sleeve, scarring your left arm horribly, and blinding your left eye. Things like that tend to happen to you. Bad luck and all that.

Anyways, back to your friend who's probably waiting for you.

Kanaya Maryam lives in Southern India. She's the daughter of someone important, but she won't go into the details no matter how much you ask. She thinks you'll freak out. You know that she's rich as hell though, especially since she has the money to ship you clothes she makes. You'd ship her things too, but you have nothing to send her anyway. Plus, shipping is expensive! You have other things to spend your money on, like Taco Bell and food for your spider. However, once, about a year ago, you didn't buy any Taco Bell for two months, saving up enough money to get a gift for her birthday, along with enough money to pay for the shipping. The two of you had been associating yourselves with zodiacs for some time before you met her, so, of course. the shirt had a Virgo on it. Coincidentally, you were both named after the Hindu zodiac. That's pretty cool.

Your name is KARKAT VANTAS and you're pretty damn proud of yourself. If your novels are to believed, there's no greater leader than someone who is willing to do unpleasant things for their teammates. What you'd call this would be OUTRIGHT SACRIFICING YOURSELF. Look at you: there you are, dressed up as a fair maiden from some human fairy tale, trapped in a tower in the middle of nowhere. On the plus side you're more than happy to break the mold from sappy girl-meets-boy human redrom and show them -whoever the sad sack coming to your rescue is- what is REAL ROMANCE. In other words you're going to woo the shit out of them and get yourself a kismesis you've always dreamed of.

Of course there's a reason you're here, namely it's part of the deal to turn your ex-matesprit back into troll she was before a MYSTERIOUS DOUCHEBAG turned her into a dragon. It's so typical that Terezi seems to pay no attention to the things you do for her. What baffles you even more is that she doesn't even look all that sad about her transformation.

Your name is TAVROS NITRAM, eight sweeps old, and you just woke up from a good day's sleep.

Well, not really. As usual, you cannot fit into your recuperacoon due to your big horns, which means your sleep is somewhat light and filled with things you would prefer not to mention.

You grab the edge of the recuperacoon, sloshing the sopor slime all around the edge, making it hard to keep a strong hold, and peer at the ramp right in front of you.

There is something on it that wasn't there when you went to sleep.

You peer at it curiously, and recognise a bottle of FAYGO with something attached to its neck.

It is something belonging to one of your FRIENDS, who surely woke up before you did and decided to come by to say hi.

As you expected, the message is from your friend GAMZEE MAKARA, who wants to hang out.

You don't mind spending time with him, as he is nice and never makes fun of you, unlike other neighbours you would prefer not to think about.

Your name is Karkat Vantas and you have had a very stressful day/night/sleepless period. What with dead and resurrected friends, transuniverse shenanigans, shipping drama, and four horrible aliens, you have a lot on your plate right now.

But you also have someone to help you figure it out.

That someone is your new moirail, whom you hooked up with earlier in the most romantic and serendipitous of ways. Both of you knew, deep down, but neither of you knew you knew, and right at the perfect moment all the pale sentiment just welled up, and it was just perfect, the most perfect thing, even better than that moment at the end of Troll Fellowship of the Ring where they're in the boat, that part made you cry for an hour when you read it, and it was true serendipity, just like this is, you know it--

Now that all the action is over the two of you have sneaked off into an empty room somewhere on the meteor. Where everyone else is you don't know or care. Your moirail looks at you. His hair is a rat's nest. His shirt is stained all over. His eyes are wide and bewildered.

Your name is KANAYA MARYAM and you have spent most of yesterday cleaning your hive in preparation for some very important quests who are coming over. You have put away most of the fabric that was strewn all over and have moved a bouquet onto the table where you sewing machine would normally be. You have dusted and swept. It did occur to you while doing this that both Rose and Jade have messier rooms than yours, but you chose to continue cleaning anyway. After all, humans consider it proper behavior to clean before guests arrive and you wouldn't want to be rude by ignoring their customs.

It doesn't occur to you once that they plan to stay the night and you haven't prepared even a single, makeshift, human bed for them to sleep in.

Anyway, they should show up any minute now.

Guests: Arrive.

Your name is Dave Strider and you are undeniably cool. Your levels of cool are simultaneously bananas and through the roof, one might say.

Such a cool guy shouldn't ever feel anything less than awesome. But strangely today you feel.. off. Maybe you're getting sick.

Coincidentally today is the today you finally meet your best friend for the first time in person!

He should be here any seco-

Wait.

Your phone beeps. Someone has sent you a message.

Your name is DAVE STRIDER and you are SWORN OFF DRINKING FOREVER. You lift a hand to your head, brushing aside your bangs, and groan. There is an undeniable ache in your skull, the aftermath of a night of severely rude partying. So rude, in fact, the neighbours threatened to call the police unless you turned the music down. Twice.

Your arm is wedged under something heavy and warm. If you opened your eyes, you would likely realise that 'something' is one KARKAT VANTAS, troll table-dancer extraordinaire. You may or may not have engaged him in a round of fumbling makeouts while intoxicated.

You don't currently remember this as you are busy breathing deeply and regretting emptying the bottle of vodka that sits a few centimetres from your drowsy form.

Dave: Stop whining about your hangover

Your name is KANAYA MARYAM and you are currently attempting to design the costumes for this year’s DOLOROSA HIGH SCHOOL PRODUCTION. Such productions are famed to be the most incredible musicals for miles around and you are honoured to be chosen for such an important job, clinging to your duty like a bead of sweat to EQUIUS ZAHHAK’s brow in summer, hoping and praying that you will be able to pull this thing off.

However, your matesprit, ROSE LALONDE’s role as the protagonist and her character’s promiscuous nature has been driving you to distraction this whole time. You are becoming increasingly green with envy. Or jade with envy, you might say, if you were amused by dumb and obvious puns.

She is currently engrossed in a scene with ERIDAN AMPORA, her main romantic interest in the play. Just look at that tender face touch. Despicable.

For a party, you of course need to first find some people who want to come. So, what else to do but to write to some of your friends and ask them if they want to come over? Not that they wouldn't. Of course they would, your parties are simply the best ever!

While you knew your morail was asleep you left him a message saying where you'd be, you knew if he knew of the danger you were putting yourself in he would try to weasel you out of going. And you simply couldn't have that now could you?

And...you're pretty sure your legs fell asleep about 800 sweeps ago. Is it painful? Oh yeah, its downright excruciating having the psionic energy sucked from your nervous system. But hey, you've pretty much gotten to the point where what's left of your brain has to focus on things that aren't agony, or you'll just go insane. Not that you haven't already. Already motherfuckin covered. Though you wouldn't blame no motherfucker for not being all in the knowing of that shit. It's cool. You were just sitting here getting your wicked zone on. Not unlike the state of a sleepwalker, actually.

But up you are and feeling in the mood to leave your tower to say hello to the Prospitians below. They can be pretty dope to hang with, you've decided. Before you get to that you think you will check to see if anyone else on your team is awake first. It's unfortunate that not everyone in the Red Team has woken yet, but there's at least one other you look forward to seeing flying around in golden moon pajamas.

It has been little more than five years since the restraining order was filed against you. Your son does not know that it has recently expired. You imagine he will be quite tickled to learn the two of you will once again be able to attend all of the Cirque du Soleil shows rolling into town. John is sure to be absolutely thrilled. You can’t wait to inform him of the good news.

But hold on one second! That is only part of the surprise you have arranged for today. John is also completely unaware you have taken the liberty of secretly inviting all of his closest companions to come celebrate. If you are not mistaken their planes should be arriving any time now.

Oho ho ho! You cannot wait to see the look on your son’s face when they turn up in just a few short hours outside the “Grand Chapiteau”!

Your name is BROBOT, and as you stand in this silly pumpkin patch, something's bothering you.

You've been sent to this island almost two years ago, to serve as a sparring partner for the life-form known as JAKE ENGLISH. Your creator, DIRK STRIDER, carefully programmed you to be an optimal adversary. And maybe, he programmed you a little bit too well, because you can't remember the human ever beating you in a fight.

Still, something seems to be wrong with you.

Now, you are still focused on your main objective, which is to prey on English and attack him when he least expects it, all in the name of sharpening his skills and optimizing his abilities.

But every now and then you catch yourself not wanting to cause the human any harm. You aren't sure from where this feeling is coming from. All you know is that sometimes you think of him and it doesn't involve you beating the crap out of him.

And these thoughts have become more and more constant in the past weeks, and you don't have a clue as to why this is happening. Weren't you flawlessly programmed? What's going on here? Maybe one of your data banks is corrupted? No, doesn't seem like. You don't 'feel' like there's anything wrong with you. Everything inside of you is working like clockwork, as always.
