Bonus Round 1
Genre-Mixing
Hey, shippers! Welcome to your very first bonus round proper--we hope you have lots of fun with it! This time around we're going to be asking you to mix it up a little--each fanwork posted for this round will be a mish-mash of two different genres, blended together in a delightful incestuous slurry to create an UNSTOPPABLE CREATIVE CONCOCTION--er. Or. Something.
Yeah, we're genre-mixing. That's what we're doing this round.
Rules
- Submit prompts! Prompts should consist of two different genres and one ship. This cannot be your team's ship! These are worth 5 points each, for a maximum of 100 points per team.
- Look through the prompts and fill whichever you like!
- You may not fill prompts for your ship, nor may you fill your own team's prompts.
- Fills should be posted as replies to the prompts which they are for, following the format below. They may be any medium.

For prompt posts: 5 points each (maximum of 100 per team)
For fills (as stated here):

Entries 16+ in each post: 5 (per entry)
All scored content must be created/assembled new for this round.

FILL: TEAM ERIDAN<>ROSE
The second time you saw her she was at another party - yeah, okay, so you're a party animal, nobody'd better judge you - and you were sitting back with a drink and watching her chat on and on with the host, until someone finally realized that no one had invited her, which didn't turn out to be a big deal after all.
That makes this the third time you've seen her, and this time she's not really partying like she usually does - she's just sitting, taking a drink and grinning like it's the greatest thing she's ever tasted, and staring up at the stars. You figure it's as good a time as any to introduce yourself. But she seems to have other ideas.
"Hey," you finally say, a while later, while you're wiping off her cherry-red lipstick and wondering when sloppy makeouts became the new handshake. Then again, it's probably just her.
"Hey yourself!" She has a weird sort of accent that you've never heard before. "And who might you be?"
"Name's Strider. Dave Strider."
"Okay, Coolkid - you don't mind if I call you that, do you, Dave Strider? It's got a much better ring to it, I think!" She's a little crazy, you realize. Crazy enough to be on your guard, but not crazy enough to make you wanna leave. "I'm Terezi."
And that's how you met your partner in crime - figuratively, most of the time, but there have been the occasional exception. Nothing major - mostly shoplifting, the occasional petty larceny, things like that. Terezi's running away from something pretty bad, she says, although you never ask her what and she never really says. And she loves parties almost as much as you do.
"Why do you keep coming to these things?" you ask one day, after a particularly bizarre bash thrown by someone who apparently didn't really want Terezi to be there but who didn't seem to have the balls to throw her away. Damn, that had been a fantastic one. Parties like that almost made up for having to live with your big brother in a shithole state just so he can work at making some overbearing boss hate him a little more.
She shrugs and looks up at you with her big red shades - or doesn't look at you, whatever. You figured out a while back she was blind; no wonder she liked to touch everything, all the time, always. Or maybe she just used the blindness as an excuse to touch everything. You're honestly not sure. "It beats the alternative," she says, and that's when you realize that she's running away from something, too.
You'll run away together one day, you think, when the parties get too boring to keep your interest. You'll just grab her hand and steal the closest car and start driving, and you won't stop until you're as far away from this hot, boring place as you can be. Maybe you'll even let her drive, a little, because really, why the hell not?
For now, though, you like being the lives of the party. And you have to admit, the makeouts are a fantastic bonus.
