Hey, shippers! This is the last bonus round, which we’re all very sad about. So let’s talk about some of the awesome stuff created throughout the HSO!

Rules

1. Rec at least three fanworks from the main or bonus rounds! They do not have to be connected to each other in any way.


2. You may not recommend material created by members of your own team.


3. Each recommendation must include at least three full sentences about why it’s awesome. Please use the format specified below.


4. You may recommend as many sets as you like, so long as each set has at least three recs in it.

For fills (as stated here):
First 5 entries in each post: 30 (per entry)
Entries 6-10 in each post: 20 (per entry)
Entries 11-15 in each post: 10 (per entry)
Entries 16+ in each post: 5 (per entry)

Why I’m recommending it: This was brilliant... it was both charming and just a little mind blowing like watching a season finale of Doctor Who. Time shenanigans at it's best, right here. It isn't what I expected at all yet as soon as I saw it, I thought, "That's adorable and somehow makes all the sense in the world."

(and now, balanced OT3 appreciation!)

Creator: Entry for Main Round 3
Why I’m recommending it: My favourite part of this entry is the art and how the pieces are very different but still two parts of a whole. The colouring is magnificent and shows the difference between Dave and Rose and how Kanaya is their middle ground, balancing the three of them together. I've never seen a lot of Dave<3Kanaya before so it was also really nice to get a specific look at that pairing and then how it works in the threesome as a whole!

Why I’m recommending it: This is a perfect example of how a picture is worth a thousand words. It really does tell a story, how an individual might find themselves needing to make a choice, and luckily for Terezi she doesn’t have to pick one or the other. Using Terezi’s coin and the “She’s blind, remember?” line was really clever, it made for a fun and sweet entry.
