Hey, shippers! This is the last bonus round, which we’re all very sad about. So let’s talk about some of the awesome stuff created throughout the HSO!

Rules

1. Rec at least three fanworks from the main or bonus rounds! They do not have to be connected to each other in any way.


2. You may not recommend material created by members of your own team.


3. Each recommendation must include at least three full sentences about why it’s awesome. Please use the format specified below.


4. You may recommend as many sets as you like, so long as each set has at least three recs in it.

For fills (as stated here):
First 5 entries in each post: 30 (per entry)
Entries 6-10 in each post: 20 (per entry)
Entries 11-15 in each post: 10 (per entry)
Entries 16+ in each post: 5 (per entry)

Why I’m recommending it: I had never even thought about this pairing before reading it, but this instantly made it work for me. What cuties! I love the brief glimpse into their domestic life, and their reactions to the alien invasion.

Creator: nextian
Why I’m recommending it: Roxy and Dirk as crooks trying to get the drop on each other! I love things about people trying to feel each other out, and this is great. They're both so sneaky but keep underestimating the other. Also: jewel thefts! Bombs! Car chases! Yesss. I would happily read so much more of this.

Why I’m recommending it: Two sad kids trying to make the best of their doomed timeline. This is lovely and calm, and somehow really sweet. I love the strange domesticness of it, with the little mentions of things like Dirk not knowing not to eat margarine, and dealing with the balloons.
